Other Features[]
Play Area[]
The Play area near the entrance is modern and mostly in good condition.
Nature & Wildlife[]
Although at a glance, the Green seems dominated by its short-mown field, the whole edge is full of trees and shrubs, with a good variety including Ash, cherry, hawthorn, Fuchsia etc. Plantlife includes plenty of Stinging Nettles, brambles, Self-heal, Bellbind etc. This is home to a community of sparrows and attracts lots of bees and other insects.
Woodland[]
At the West End, there is a young (2023) woodland, which has a border of old trees, including a large maple and some ash and oak etc, with a more recent planting of Swedish Whitebeams.
